At Ragged Mountain Perennials, we strive to provide you with the best shipping experience possible for your plant purchases. Please read through our shipping policies carefully to understand how we handle the shipment of our high-quality plants to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in optimal condition.

We ship via USPS Priority mail

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

Shipping Restrictions

​

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping confirmation

​

If your have supplied us with your email address, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a package tracking number on the day that your order has shipped. We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS), so we need your mailing address.
ALL ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION TO YOUR EMAIL AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.

Shipping during Extreme Weather

​

To protect our plants from potential damage caused by extreme weather conditions, we closely monitor weather forecasts and may delay shipping during periods of excessive heat, cold, or severe storms. If your area is experiencing adverse weather at the time of shipment, we will notify you promptly and coordinate an alternative shipping date to ensure the safe arrival of your plants.

Re-Stock Fee

​

It is your responsibility to ensure you enter your mailing address correctly.

IT MUST BE A USPS MAILING ADDRESS.

If an order is shipped to the address provided by the buyer and is returned by the Post Office or the order is refused/returned to us for any reason, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply before a refund is issued – shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. If an order needs to be re-shipped, shipping/handling charges will apply.

Lost package

​

If your order tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we ask that you take the tracking number provided in the shipment email to your local Post Office for assistance locating your package. Many times, a package will be incorrectly marked delivered but taken back to the Post Office for pickup as your mail delivery person did not feel safe leaving the package at that time. If an order is lost in shipment and we can provide documented delivery, the order will be replaced at the buyer's expense. We are not liable for packages left at your delivery address.

Shipping Damage and Claims

While we take every precaution to prevent shipping damage, unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
